Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Production Supervisory Role At A Manufacturing Company, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Production Workers.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Production Processes, Quality Control Procedures, And Safety Protocols Within A Manufacturing Environment.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Quick And Informed Decisions Under Pressure.
