  1. Develop and implement safety processes and procedures to ensure the overall safety of employees, customers, and products within Ford Motor Company.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace and products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement safety improvements.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  5. Conduct safety training and education programs for employees and management.
  6. Investigate and analyze accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and develop preventative measures.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Communicate safety information and updates to all levels of the organization.
  9. Act as a safety resource and advisor for all departments within the company.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and drive a culture of safety throughout the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Mechanical, Industrial, Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Safety Engineering Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Standards, Such As Osha, Nhtsa, And Ansi.

  • Experience With Conducting Risk Assessments And Implementing Safety Protocols And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Safety Recommendations To Senior Management.
