
Senior Director, Talent Management

- Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals and objectives of Ford Motor.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, retention, and development, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Identify and implement best practices and innovative approaches to attract top talent, enhance employee engagement and retention, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate talent needs and develop solutions to address any talent gaps.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry experts to stay abreast of trends and developments in talent management.
- Coach and mentor HR team members and other leaders to build their capabilities in talent management and ensure consistency in approach and processes.
- Monitor and analyze key talent metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to talent management and equal employment opportunity.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying and implementing opportunities for employee training and development.
- Serve as a role model for Ford Motor's core values and behaviors, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported.
Extensive Experience In Talent Management: A Senior Director Of Talent Management At Ford Motor Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Strategies For Attracting, Retaining, And Developing Top Talent.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Talent Management Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Building And Developing High-Performing Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition And Development: A Senior Director Of Talent Management Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Talent Acquisition Process, Including Sourcing, Assessment, And Selection. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Training And Development Programs To Support The Growth And Retention Of Employees.
