Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services Or Related Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris And Payroll.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Ability To Analyze Data And Provide Insights For Process Improvement.
