Administrate Salesforce Service Cloud platform, including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles, and roles; and customizing objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts. Work with existing administrators and teams to further integrate the platform with external resources. Create ad hoc reports; upkeep existing reports and dashboards.
