Forman Mills is now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Door Greeter to join our team and provide a great customer experience for our store shoppers. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about helping customers and have a dedication to providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you!Qualifications:• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks• Knowledge of basic computer functions and programs• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities: • Greet customers entering the store, answer any questions they may have, and provide a pleasant shopping experience • Provide customers with information regarding store policies, promotions, and available services • Monitor customers in the store to ensure they are following store safety guidelines • Assist customers with locating products and merchandise • Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional manner • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, when necessary • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
