As a Door Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a warm smile, helpful attitude and providing an incredible customer service experience.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for interacting with people, a strong work ethic and a commitment to improving the customer experience. A successful Door Greeter must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have an outgoing and positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities: •Greet customers with a warm smile and helpful attitude •Provide an exceptional customer service experience •Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner •Answer customer inquiries and address customer concerns •Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the store •Monitor customer traffic and respond to customer needs accordingly •Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering basic product questions •Comply with store policies and procedures •Ensure store is neat and organized •Maintain an orderly checkout area •Process customer payments accurately and efficiently •Adhere to cash handling and security procedures •High school diploma or equivalent is required •Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred
