The Door Greeter is an integral part of our store and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to customers as they enter our store.The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. They should demonstrate a high level of patience and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. The Door Greeter should also have the ability to recognize customer service opportunities and take initiative to address them.We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Greet customers upon entering the store with a warm and friendly welcome • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a professional manner • Engage customers in friendly conversation to create a positive shopping experience • Demonstrate patience and multitasking skills when dealing with customers in a fast-paced retail environment • Recognize customer service opportunities and take initiative to address them • Ensure the store entrance is kept neat and orderly at all times • Assist customers with inquiries and provide helpful information as needed • Monitor store entrance for any suspicious activity or safety hazards • Report any customer service issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
