  1. Oversee and manage all front-end operations, including cashiering, customer service, and store cleanliness.
  2. Train and supervise front-end staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  3. Monitor and maintain accurate and efficient cash handling procedures.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve front-end operations and customer experience.
  5. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth store operations and efficient use of resources.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Schedule and assign tasks to front-end staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and work with inventory team to restock front-end supplies as needed.
  10. Stay updated on current fashion trends and pricing to assist customers with their purchases.
  11. Provide guidance and support to front-end staff in handling difficult situations and customer inquiries.
  12. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
  13. Communicate with upper management regarding any issues or concerns related to front-end operations.
  14. Attend to any maintenance or safety issues in the front-end area.
  15. Continuously strive to improve front-end processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
