Responsibilities: -Monitor security cameras in store and review surveillance footage for suspicious activity -Conduct investigations and make arrests as needed -Enforce company policies and procedures -Ensure customer and employee safety and security -Maintain a safe and secure environment -Provide excellent customer service -Assist with store inventory control -Provide training and guidance to store staff on loss prevention procedures and policies -Identify potential security risks and take appropriate action -Investigate and document incidents of theft or fraud -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security systems and protocols
