Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of our brand and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
2. Answer customer questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
3. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
4. Ensure store shelves are well-stocked and organized at all times
5. Assist in creating store displays to promote products and specials
6. Ensure the store is kept clean and orderly
7. Follow company policies and procedures when it comes to customer service
8. Provide customers with excellent customer service in a timely manner
9. Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
10. Assist with opening and closing procedures
11. Assist with training new employees
12. Follow up with customers to ensure their shopping experience was positive
