PSM Specialist

This position will support and coordinate the implementation of Process Safety Management Programs for assigned Division to ensure compliance with all State, Federal and Corporate regulations, procedures and policies and will provide expert technical and regulatory support as a PHA facilitator to the assigned Division on Process Hazard Analysis as well as other PSM/RMP compliance activities. Establish goals to achieve continuous improvement in overall site compliance with PSM/RMP regulations and RAGAGEP’s. Serve as the Texas facility’s and Corporation’s technical expert on PSM/RMP issues. Responds to technical questions from Operations and Maintenance units at all locations. Coordinate the corporate and site development of procedures and auditing strategies for PSM and Risk Management Programs. Coordinate, inspect and audits facility’s PSM/RMP and RAGAGEP programs and provides written reports on compliance efforts.
