
Human Resources Manager
Provide leadership and direction for three divisions for Human Resource programs including compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, recruiting and training/development. Provide overall direction of Human Resource functions at Foster Farms. Provide cost effective recruiting and selection to ensure immediate and long range staffing needs as satisfied. Provide guidelines in the establishment of company policies and procedures. Provide guidelines and implementation of employee benefit programs. Provide directions in the design of organizational development of programs to satisfy long term needs of the Company. Ensure compliance to all state and federal laws and regulations. Provide direction for safety awareness in Prepared Foods, Foodservice and Corporate Development Divisions staff departments. Oversee department budget.
5-10 years experience as a Manager or Director of Human Resources function.
5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing (union) environment
5 years of recruiting management experience
