1. Greet and welcome guests to the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs and requests.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
4. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Four Seasons brand.
6. Manage and maintain the concierge desk and lobby area, ensuring a neat and organized appearance.
7. Build relationships with guests to establish a high level of trust and ensure their loyalty to the hotel.
8. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences.
9. Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and dining options to provide the most current and accurate recommendations to guests.
10. Process and confirm guest reservations for activities, dining, and transportation.
11. Arrange special requests and amenities for guests, such as flowers, champagne, or special occasion celebrations.
12. Provide guests with accurate and timely information on hotel policies, procedures, and services.
13. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction through follow-up communication and responding to feedback.
