  1. Oversee the culinary operations of the hotel and ensure the highest level of quality and service in all food and beverage offerings.
  2. Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  3. Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity, innovation, and use of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  4. Monitor and maintain food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen expenses to maximize profitability.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as events and banquets, to create customized menus and execute flawless events.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously enhance the dining experience for guests.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and farmers to source the best ingredients.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among the culinary team.
  10. Represent the hotel and its culinary offerings to guests, media, and industry professionals, showcasing the Four Seasons brand and reputation for excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Culinary Experience: The Ideal Candidate For An Executive Chef Position At Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Culinary Industry, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting. This Should Include Experience In Menu Planning, Food Preparation, And Kitchen Management.

  • Leadership Skills: As An Executive Chef, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Chefs And Kitchen Staff.
