- Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of hotel buildings, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim.
- Ensure all painting work is completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of color theory and design principles to assist in selecting appropriate paint colors and finishes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as interior design and maintenance, to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing results.
- Communicate openly and professionally with supervisors and team members to discuss project scope, timelines, and any potential issues.
- Keep detailed records of supplies and equipment used, as well as project progress and completion.
- Utilize various painting techniques, tools, and equipment to achieve desired results.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Proficient In Various Painting Techniques: A Painter At Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Painting Techniques, Such As Faux Finishing, Stenciling, And Glazing.
Experience In Commercial Painting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Commercial Setting, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Work Efficiently And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
