  1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and revenue for the hotel.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions.
  3. Monitor and adjust room rates and inventory to optimize revenue.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional and pricing strategies.
  5. Conduct regular revenue meetings with department heads to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  6. Utilize data analysis tools and systems to track and analyze revenue performance.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners to drive revenue growth.
  8. Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in market conditions to make proactive adjustments to revenue strategies.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to revenue management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Revenue Management, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Setting

  • Proficiency In Revenue Management Software And Systems, Such As Opera Or Revpar
