- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, staffing, and budget management.
- Ensure that the spa maintains a high level of cleanliness and adheres to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability.
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction with the spa experience.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote the spa and its services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new treatments, making recommendations for updates and improvements to the spa menu.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to spa operations, including inventory, financials, and guest feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel and spa policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve the spa experience for guests, seeking out new ideas and suggestions for enhancements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among spa staff.
- Adhere to and promote the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts brand standards and values.
- Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay informed on hotel and spa updates and changes.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role At A Luxury Spa Or Wellness Facility.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Motivating A Team Of Spa Professionals.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Spa Operations, Including Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Budgeting.
Strong Customer Service Skills And Ability To Create A Welcoming And Relaxing Environment For Guests.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
