- Collaborate with couples to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including venue selection, menu planning, décor, entertainment, and guest accommodations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest quality services within budget
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day, coordinating with all involved parties to ensure a smooth and seamless event
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized attention to couples throughout the planning process and on the wedding day
- Stay up-to-date with current wedding trends and industry standards to offer innovative and unique ideas for each wedding
- Conduct site visits and attend tastings to ensure all details meet Four Seasons' standards of excellence
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day with professionalism and grace
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards
- Represent Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts with the utmost professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service to all clients and guests.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Wedding Planning, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Hospitality, Or A Related Field.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Effectively Work With Clients, Vendors, And Hotel Staff.
Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events And Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Event Planning Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
