- Plan and execute wedding events with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all elements are tailored to perfection according to client specifications and brand standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and provide expert guidance and recommendations to create unique and unforgettable experiences.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue selection, menu planning, and timeline management.
- Utilize excellent organizational skills to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the planning and execution process.
- Continuously strive for perfection and exceed client expectations by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovative ideas to enhance the wedding planning process and offerings.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote and market Four Seasons' wedding services and maintain a strong brand reputation.
- Act as a team player, collaborating with other departments and colleagues to ensure all events and services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Uphold Four Seasons' high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Wedding Planning, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Resort Setting.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Weddings Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Hotel Staff.
Knowledge Of Current Wedding Trends, Traditions, And Etiquette, As Well As Experience In Creating Personalized And Unique Wedding Experiences For Clients.
