  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision for their wedding day and ensure it aligns with the Four Seasons brand and standards.
  2. Plan and execute all aspects of wedding events, from initial consultation to post-event follow-up.
  3. Create detailed event timelines and manage all logistical aspects, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and guest accommodations.
  4. Maintain a strong relationship with clients throughout the planning process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
  5. Offer creative suggestions and ideas to enhance the overall wedding experience and exceed client expectations.
  6. Manage and adhere to budget constraints while still delivering a high-quality event.
  7. Coordinate with various departments within the hotel to ensure seamless execution of the event, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and audiovisual.
  8. Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all details are executed according to the client's specifications.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients and vendors.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized event files and records.
  12. Supervise and train event staff to ensure they adhere to Four Seasons standards and deliver exceptional service.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security procedures and handle any emergency situations that may arise during events.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the wedding planning process and overall guest experience.
