Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for providing outstanding service to students, instructors, and general public in the community by providing customer information and knowledge of all aspects of the college, admissions and application process, programs. Maintain center data bases of current information to include contacts as necessary. Assesses students’ needs, provide direct assistance and advise potential, new and currently enrolled students concerning an integrated enrollment process. Administer and monitor student testing and interpret college entrance assessment as well as monitor and distribute all material for in-person, virtual classroom and online internet classes as requested. Serve as the center instructional contact by assisting both instructor and student in all necessary information. This may involve room set up, supplies, assist with virtual and online class connectivity.
