- Monitor and maintain inventory of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Desktop Support Or Related It Field.
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues With Hardware, Software, And Network Connectivity.
Knowledge Of Operating Systems (Windows And Mac), Microsoft Office Suite, And Remote Desktop Tools.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Users.
