  1. Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica for Freddie Mac's organization.
  2. Utilize expert knowledge of Informatica to design and implement efficient and effective data integration processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot complex data integration issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve data integration processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Informatica technology and apply them to enhance existing processes.
  7. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and provide solutions to fulfill those needs.
  8. Maintain proper documentation of data integration processes, including design, development, and testing.
  9. Ensure all data integration solutions comply with Freddie Mac's security and data governance policies.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and any potential risks or issues.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on Informatica best practices and processes.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deliver solutions within agreed-upon deadlines.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve data quality and identify opportunities for data quality enhancements.
  14. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure data integration solutions are aligned with overall enterprise architecture.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Informatica Powercenter And Other Etl Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing Concepts And Experience With Data Modeling.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Databases Such As Oracle, Sql Server, And Teradata.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
