  1. Conduct research and gather data on multifamily real estate market trends.

  5. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Data Related To The Multifamily Housing Market. This Includes Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Multifamily Housing Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Multifamily Housing Industry, Including Trends, Key Players, And Regulatory Environment. Previous Experience Or Coursework In Real Estate, Finance, Or Economics Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Intern Will Be Expected To Communicate Complex Data And Analysis To Different Stakeholders Within The Organization. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Ability To Work Independently: The Intern Will Be Given Autonomy In Conducting Research And Analysis, And Should Be Self-Motivated And Able To Manage Their Time Effectively. Previous Experience Working Independently Or In A Remote Setting Is A Plus.

  • Team Player: While The Intern Will Be Working Independently, They Will Also Collaborate With Other Team Members And Stakeholders. The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Contribute To Group Projects Is Important For Success In This Role.
