- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor progress to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with business partners to define project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear and concise updates to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration.
- Mentor and coach project team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
- Continuously monitor and improve project management processes and procedures.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure project success.

Minimum Of 7 Years Of Project Management Experience In A Corporate Setting, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Projects, Including Budgeting And Resource Allocation.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Or Equivalent.
