  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all employees, including regular communication and follow-up.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations issues, including but not limited to conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace behavior.
  3. Conduct investigations and respond to employee complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
  5. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving employee retention.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Create and deliver training programs on employee relations topics for managers and employees.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
  10. Serve as a resource for employees and provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Hr Generalist Role.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Experience In Conducting Investigations And Resolving Employee Conflicts.
