4. Educate and advise employees and managers on relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee relations initiatives and programs.
6. Monitor and track employee relations trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
8. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to HR and management on potential areas of improvement.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee relations records and documentation.
10. Participate in the development and delivery of employee relations training programs.
11. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and fostering positive relationships.
12. Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to employee relations.
13. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
14. Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
15. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and compensation, to ensure a seamless employee experience.
