
Employee Relations Specialist

- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, providing timely and effective resolution and follow-up.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Educate and advise employees and managers on relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee relations initiatives and programs.
- Monitor and track employee relations trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to HR and management on potential areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee relations records and documentation.
- Participate in the development and delivery of employee relations training programs.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and fostering positive relationships.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and compensation, to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or A Similar Role.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Ada.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Mediate And Resolve Employee Disputes.
