
Help Desk Attendant
As a Help Desk Attendant with Frost, you will be responsible for providing initial response and support to information technology users who contact the Help Desk regarding incidents and new service requests. Responsibilities will include dispatching, alerting, or escalating issues to technical staff or vendors to provide support to users whose problems cannot be resolved over the telephone; providing administrative support for the management of miscellaneous automation projects, as required; and assigning new service requests to the proper information technology department. The candidate will provide help and solutions, where possible, to individuals calling the Help Desk with automations and telecommunication problems.
