5. Facilitate and/or attend customer meetings and other events.
6. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and best practices.
7. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs to maximize efficiency.
8. Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints.
9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
