The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate appraisal reviews of residential properties and ensuring the accuracy of all appraisal materials. We are looking for someone who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of experience in residential appraisal review, with a Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field preferred. A valid state appraisal license is also required. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of residential appraisal review, value trends, and appraisal guidelines, as well as a working knowledge of automated valuation models. We are seeking an independent thinker with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions. Additionally, the Residential Review Appraiser must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, have a good understanding of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
