Sr. Financial Advisor Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Utilize knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and financial markets to provide advice to Financial Advisors.
3. Maintain highly organized records of financial data and customer information.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
5. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues.
6. Execute investment strategies as directed by Financial Advisors.
7. Proactively identify potential problems and develop strategies to address them.
8. Monitor market trends and performance of investments.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
