Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
2. Accurately process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
3. Maintain a secure working environment by following all security protocols
4. Answer customer questions regarding banking products, services, and policies
5. Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
6. Assist customers with other banking needs, such as opening new accounts or applying for loans
7. Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information into the system
8. Adhere to all bank regulations and procedures
9. Cross-sell banking products and services to customers
10. Assist other team members as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
