Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service • Process customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments • Verify customer information and balances • Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance with account information • Ensure accuracy and security of all transactions • Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports • Adhere to all banking policies and procedures • Cross-sell banking products and services • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Assist with other duties as needed
