Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Provide accurate and efficient transaction processing services • Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer problems • Cross-sell bank products and services • Maintain customer confidentiality and security • Follow all banking regulations and procedures • Remain up-to-date on changes in banking policies and regulations • Generate reports as needed • Perform other duties as assigned
