Develop and maintain a database of schools, churches, mental health clinics, and community organizations that will serve as potential referral sources to the Therapy Relief Program (an FPFS program that offers subsidized/low-fee therapy to low-income individuals and families). Follow up regularly, via phone and/or face-to-face visits, with previously contacted referral sources. Document each visit to each potential referral source with a “call report” detailing with whom you met; date, time, and place of meeting; what was discussed during the meeting; and any follow-up/action items. Maintain FPFS Facebook page with fresh content, features, etc. Maintain FPFS promotional presence on the QUAD. Distribute and track FPFS literature at kiosks strategically located around the Fuller campus.
