Internal Audit Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Internal Audit Manager to join G4S Secure Solutions. This individual will be a key member of our finance team, providing oversight of our internal audit processes. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of auditing and accounting principles, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for ensuring our internal audits are conducted according to applicable regulations and standards. This position requires a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness, as the individual will be working with sensitive financial information. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures based on applicable regulations and standards.
2. Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of risk and potential improvement.
3. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
4. Perform audits, both onsite and remote, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of internal controls.
5. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
6. Monitor progress on corrective action plans and ensure completion.
7. Provide guidance and training to staff on internal audit processes.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
10. Support other finance-related projects and initiatives as needed.
