Access Control – Using Building Intelligence to verify guest registration, reason for visit, checking identification, and providing any building information needed Possess a strong knowledge of the building facilities and services. Provide visitors and tenants with the latest information about the tenant floors and building operations. Handle incoming calls. Greet everyone entering the building or approaching the desk. Assume ownership of all calls received, ensuring tenant/visitors’ expectations are met and exceeded. Monitor performance of all front of the house equipment. Liaison with front of the house security, building stewards, and customer experience advocates as necessary Uphold security guidelines while facilitating the checking in process alongside front of house security.
