Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customers and store employees for any suspicious activity.
2. Investigate and resolve any suspicious activity identified.
3. Provide loss prevention education to store employees.
4. Uphold customer service standards at all times.
5. Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
6. Assist with physical security of store structures and assets.
7. Quickly assess and respond to potentially dangerous or stressful situations.
8. Provide customer service support for customers and store employees.
9. Remain up to date on applicable laws and regulations.
10. Maintain a working knowledge of store policies and procedures.
