The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Merchandising Manager in all aspects of the merchandising process, from developing and executing strategies to managing the buying and replenishment process. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchandising Manager in developing and executing strategies to meet the company’s merchandising objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to analyze customer behavior and trends and recommend strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Manage the buying and replenishment process for all merchandise categories.
- Monitor the performance of all products and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales and profitability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize product presentation and store layout.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the Merchandising Manager.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
