At Gap, we are seeking an experienced and creative Designer Womens Concept to join our team and help bring our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate for this role will be an innovative and trend-focused professional with a passion for women’s fashion and a keen eye for detail.The Designer Womens Concept will play a key role in leading and executing the design vision for our Women’s Concept line. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing product design concepts from initial research and ideation through to final product launch. This individual will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design-related presentations and materials.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• A minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel design and product development• Proven success in developing trend-driven product for the fashion industry• A deep understanding of the fashion industry and current trends• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams• Strong organizational and time management skills• A passion for creative problem-solvingIf you are a fashion-savvy individual looking to make an impact in the apparel industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute the design vision for the Women’s Concept line.
  2. Develop product design concepts from initial research and ideation.
  3. Create and maintain design-related presentations and materials.
  4. Source and research trends for the fashion industry.
  5. Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Utilize strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Utilize creative problem-solving skills.
  8. Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
  10. Ensure that designs are completed within deadlines and budgets.
