- Develop and implement Gap's ESG reporting and disclosure strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and analyze trends related to sustainability.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in all sustainability reports and disclosures.
- Monitor and stay updated on ESG reporting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Communicate Gap's sustainability progress and goals to internal and external stakeholders through various channels.
- Lead the development and management of sustainability reports, including data collection, analysis, and writing.
- Collaborate with external partners and organizations to enhance Gap's sustainability reporting and disclosure practices.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on ESG reporting and disclosure.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of sustainability reporting and disclosure.
- Represent Gap in external events and conferences related to ESG reporting and disclosure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability reporting and disclosure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, NGOs, and industry associations.
- Manage a team of sustainability reporting professionals and provide mentorship and guidance as needed.
- Ensure that all sustainability reports and disclosures align with Gap's values, goals, and overall business strategy.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Gap's ESG reporting and disclosure practices and make recommendations for improvement.
Extensive Knowledge Of Esg (Environmental, Social, And Governance) Principles And Reporting Frameworks, Such As Gri, Sasb, And Tcfd.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Reporting And Disclosure, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data And Metrics Related To Esg Performance.
Experience With Stakeholder Engagement And Managing Relationships With External Reporting Organizations, Investors, And Ngos.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Meet Tight Deadlines For Reporting And Disclosure Requirements.
