Job Description

Gap is looking for a results-driven Product Manager with strong Supply Chain experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our Supply Chain product strategy and roadmap for both existing and new products. You will be a key partner and liaison between the business and technology teams, and you will need to have an understanding of both technology and business needs.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to think strategically and drive execution. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering innovative products and solutions with a customer-centric approach.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of product management experience with a focus on supply chain products and solutions. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a strong background in developing product strategies. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for existing and new supply chain products.
  2. Liaise between business and technology teams to ensure successful product development.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills and a creative approach to develop innovative customer-centric products and solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze market and customer trends to identify product opportunities and risks.
  5. Develop product roadmaps, feature sets, product requirements, and user stories.
  6. Lead cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and maintain products.
  7. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments.
  8. Research and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  9. Collaborate with product marketing to ensure successful product launch and promotion.
