- Oversee the execution of merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing and organized shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure all products are placed in the appropriate areas according to brand standards and guidelines.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop team members on merchandising techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to make informed decisions on product placement and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with store management to develop creative and effective merchandising displays and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and maintaining visual standards.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with inventory or product availability to the appropriate parties.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and competitors' merchandising strategies to make recommendations for the store.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new team members.
- Participate in store meetings and provide valuable input and feedback to improve store operations.
Previous Supervisory Experience In A Retail Or Merchandising Setting.
