- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our brands and executive positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and connect with qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create job descriptions and ensure alignment on job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Use data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and promote our company as an employer of choice.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced members of the talent acquisition team.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other industry events to attract top talent and promote our employer brand.
Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: A Senior Specialist In This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Recruitment And Talent Acquisition, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Executive Level Roles.
Strong Knowledge Of Executive Hiring Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Executive Hiring Process, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Assessing Top-Level Talent, As Well As Negotiating And Closing Offers.
Expertise In Employer Branding: The Senior Specialist Should Have A Strong Understanding Of How To Build And Promote A Company's Employer Brand To Attract Top Talent, As Well As Experience In Developing And Executing Creative Recruitment Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Engage With And Build Relationships With Executive Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
