Claims Service Representative

We are looking for a claims service representative to join our growing Geico Auto Insurance team! As a claims service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will help them navigate the claims process. You will be responsible for gathering and verifying information to evaluate and process claims.The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
