You will be the contact point for customers and will handle all inquiries, requests, and complaints. The ideal candidate for this role must possess a high level of customer service skills and excellent communication skills. They must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. In addition, the successful candidate must have a basic understanding of the insurance industry and be able to navigate multiple computer systems.
