Claims Service Representative

The Claims Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service and support for policyholders and claimants. The representative will be responsible for working with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. In this role, the focus is to ensure that all customer inquiries and claims are managed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED required• 1-2 years of customer service experience• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Knowledge of insurance claims processing• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Demonstrated ability to remain organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
