Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Workforce Management Or A Similar Role Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding And Experience With Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Kronos Or Workday.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Workforce Strategies To Optimize Productivity And Efficiency.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Workforce Management Professionals.
