As an IT Professional, you’ll be responsible for providing reliable technical support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll be the go-to person in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and will be expected to be a problem solver and a customer service guru.To be successful in this role, you should have a background in IT and a strong knowledge of current IT systems and technologies. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
